As you are all aware, this year has been dominated by the Covid 19 Pandemic. It has been a strange year with Lockdown, Social Distancing, no meetings or events, all limiting our motoring.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current level 5 Lockdown prohibits organised indoor and outdoor gatherings. Even if the level 5 restrictions are lifted, we do not know to what level and where we will be at on 1st<\/sup> January.  Motor Sport Ireland and Motorcycling Ireland are insisting that we appoint a Covid 19 officer, only pre-signed entries allowed and Spectators are prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these restrictions in mind, the Directors have decided not to hold our annual Charity New Year’s Day run in aid of Marymount Hospice. Marymount still need our support and if you wish you can donate on line, following the instructions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to amount collected on NYD, the Club usually matches the total amount collected and even rounds up that figure to a higher amount. So, it is important to mention the Club name when donating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our AGM also had to be postponed, and as many members renew their membership at or just before the AGM, there are quite a few membership fees outstanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your membership for 2020 is due, and you wish to remain member of our club, please send your 2020 membership fee (\u20ac20-00) to the Membership Secretary at the address below  as soon as possible. If you wish you can add your donation and we will forward it to Marymount Hospice on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
