{"id":2212,"date":"2024-05-27T01:39:54","date_gmt":"2024-05-27T00:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munstervintage.com\/wordpress\/?p=2212"},"modified":"2024-05-27T02:07:38","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T01:07:38","slug":"2024-cork-veteran-run","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/munstervintage.com\/wordpress\/?p=2212","title":{"rendered":"2024 Cork Veteran Run"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">On Saturday 20th July\u00a02024 the Munster Vintage Motor Cycle and Car Club are\u00a0holding the\u00a067th\u00a0Cork\u00a0Veteran\u00a0Run.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0c0c0c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">The Start location this year will be Coffee Corner, Eastgate Avenue, Little Island, Co Cork, Eircode T45XR67 (this is the same location as last year). The lunch halt will be at Rosies Bar &amp; Restaurant, Aghada and the\u00a0finish will again be at The Brook Inn, Sallybrook, which is near the start. The total distance will be approximately 75 miles.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Awards will be presented for Oldest Car, Oldest Motorcycle, Best Car, Best Motorcycle &amp; Best Pre-War Ford. The event will be held under Irish Vintage Society permit\/insurance and Eligible Vehicles will be any mechanically propelled vehicle manufactured up to and including 1993.\u00a0<strong><em>Please note to comply with the Permit\/Insurance Regulations the 1993 cut-off date must be strictly adhered to. Please comply with this or your entry will be refused.<\/em><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#8ed1fc\" class=\"has-inline-color\">MVMCCC Membership and IVS Insurance<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">One of the conditions of the IVS Insurance is that MVMCCC members are also members of IVS.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">If you are a paid up member of the Munster Vintage Motor Cycle\u00a0&amp; Car Club and intend participating in this year&#8217;s Cork Veteran Run, you must inform us <strong>before Friday 12th July<\/strong>. If you are not already registered with IVS we will then forward your name to the IVS for registration. This cannot be done on the day of the event.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Non MVMCCC members are deemed to be visitors, IVS registration is not required<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Full details are included in the Entry Form and Regulations for the event, available for download below. The Entry Fee will be \u20ac20.
