Ballincollig & District Vintage and Classic Car Club 's Gougane Barra Run and Memorial Service takes place this Sunday the 22nd of May.
Starting at Applegreen Service Station, Classis, Ovens, (beside Ballincollig Rugby Club) @ 12 noon sharp with registration from 11:00am
Travelling to Gougane Barra where Mass will celebrated in St. Finbarr's Oratory for deceased members of vintage clubs including family members. Mass will take place at 1:30pm. Anyone who wishes to have names mentioned during the Mass should send name to the club chairman in advance.
From Gougane Barra the run will return to Macroom via the Top of Coom and to the Riverside Hotel for optional Dinner and presentation of prizes at 3pm.
The event is open to all Vintage Enthusiasts and the 20 year rule will apply – Vehicles up to 1996 will be accepted.
Note: This year's annual show is on July 22nd-24th at the usual venue, Ballincollig Shopping Centre.
