Cork Veteran Run

Glorious sunshine continued for todays run which started in The Rising Tide, in Glounthaune, travelled to Cloyne, Youghal, Lismore, Ballyduff, Fermoy, Glenville and back to Glounthaune.  Over 60 crews entered the event, the 58th running of the run. Some pictures are available here.      

58th Cork Veteran Run

Don't forget next Saturday, July 20th, we hold our next event, the 58th Cork Veteran Run. Starting and finishing at the Rising Tide pub, Glounthaune, Co. Cork (Sat Nav N51° 54.648' W8° 20.175' ), the start time will be 11.00am and the run will take us on a scenic route of about 90 miles, stopping for lunch in Lismore. The event is for cars… (more…)

MOTOR TAX CHANGES

From 1 October 2013, if a vehicle is not going to be in use in a public place, a declaration must be made to your local motor tax office in advance of the vehicle being taken off the road if you wish to avoid the requirement to pay motor tax for the period of non-use.   See Irish Vintage Scene piece here.

Blarney Run
